That said, we understand that sometimes plans change or expectations differ. Here’s how we handle refunds:

 

Digital Products & Courses
Because digital resources (like eBooks, downloadable workbooks, and online courses) are immediately accessible upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your product, please email us at [your email]. We’re happy to help resolve the issue promptly.

 

Coaching Services
Your growth and breakthrough matter to us. If you’ve purchased a coaching session or package and feel it isn’t meeting your expectations, please reach out within 3 days of your first session. Refunds (if applicable) are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee or prorated adjustment based on sessions used.

Please note: Missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
